Both are renowned for their electric speed and the pair of flying machines love nothing more than strutting their stuff in Northamptonshire.

Local hero Sleightholme has delighted Northampton Saints fans with his try-scoring exploits for his hometown club in recent years and he has earned the reputations as being one of the quickest players in the Premiership. 

The 25-year-old has also replicated his prolific form for his country and the winger has crossed the whitewash six times in his eight games for England.

The Liam Dowling-trained dog famously won the 2024 Star Sports/TRC English Greyhound Derby at Towcester last summer and he began the defence of his crown with a scintillating success last Friday night.

An October 2021 son of Lenson Bocko and Ballymac Sarahjo, he rocketed out of the traps and made all by over eight lengths in a fastest-of-the-round 28.50.

The Irish raider is aiming to go down in the history books by landing back-to-back Derby victories and he continues his quest for the double this Friday at 7.28pm.
